North Dakota Real Estate Professionals are required to take 16 continuing education hours every 24 months including 6 hours of mandatory continuing education and 10 hours of elective continuing education. This package includes all the mandatory and elective hours needed for renewal.

Agency Law

This is a practical course for real estate agency that covers all facets of the law of agency. It first covers the history of agency law and common law. There are sections that detail the fiduciary responsibilities of an agent and how agencies may be created and terminated. The different types of agency are explained along with the benefits to all parties in the transaction. Buyer agency is explained in detail and how this concept has gained in favor in recent years.
